An EU FSA licenced credit union was looking to switch from its current legacy solution provider.

Serving thousands of members with a team of just 6 people, and due to the amendment of legislative environment being around the corner, the credit union’s operations required an overhaul. The main premise was to decrease operational costs in otherwise redundant manual work and improve the organisations digital capabilities in addressing increased volumes of end-customers – both SMEs and consumers.
