Privacy Notice

Bankish provides business-to-business services. Our aim, among others, is to use our website to provide our users with a service demo. This Privacy Notice applies to handling the individual users’ requests for demos of our service through our website, they do not apply to our privacy policy regarding our credit management services.

When using our demo, please avoid using personal data. The demo version is provided to demonstrate our product’s functionality and we do intend to process any personal data of that nature.

This Privacy Notice describes how Bankish collects, uses, processes, and discloses your information, including personal information, related to your access to and use of the demo.

What personal data we collect

Bankish collects specific data about users who request to use our demo via our website. We collect users’ contact details – names, surnames, company names, e-mail addresses and additional comments or questions submitted by users on the registration form.

For what purposes your personal data is processed

We will use the personal information users provide to enable us to provide the user with access to a test site of our service.

Legal basis

The personal data is collected in order to provide the demo. The lawful basis for the processing of personal data is fulfillment of the contract.

Direct marketing

We will not send you e-mails for direct marketing purposes. We only use your e-mail address to provide the demo and ask for the user’s feedback.

Recipients with whom personal data may be shared

Any data you provide will not be publicly displayed or shared to other users. Certain Bankish employees have access to personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of their work duties.

Data subject’s rights

Right to access – any user may get information regarding his/her personal data.

Right to data portability. Any user has the right to receive their personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to independently transmit those data to a third party, in case our processing is based on user’s consent or fulfilling the contract and carried out by automated means.

Right to erasure. Any user has the right to have personal data we process about the user erased from our systems if the personal data are no longer necessary for the related purposes.

To exercise any of the abovementioned rights, the user should contact Bankish support. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded.

Data retention

We do not store the personal data for longer than is necessary for providing our demo. Typically, we store users’ personal data for as long as the user has received the demo or for as long as we have another purpose to do so. We erase personal data after the above described storage period or when the user requests us to erase his/her personal data. In the event of a dispute, the personal data will be retained until an agreement is reached or until the due date for the claim expires. The personal data is stored in secure servers in the European Union.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice at any time if required in order to reflect changes in our data processing practices, in personal data protection laws or otherwise.
